I'm sitting here...its hot. The stupid fan isnt working cos the maid spoilt the knob. So its either its permanently on or permanently off. Well, save electricity. So I sit here, perspiring..when I should be sleeping cos I have to wake up at 6am tomorrow.And the mosquitoes are biting viciously. I look scarred man.
But I just had an interesting conversation with a friend about relationships. Actually I had another interesting conversation with another friend yesterday.
We talked about a few issues: freedom, compromise, head vs heart and well, how you know.

This is what I think...couples need freedom to pursue their individual dreams. And then they need to share these dreams and successes with their loved ones.
The moment you lock people up, they want to break free. Not just from the cage, but from the relationship. Yet where you can do things together, you should. After all, isn't it better to share the same dream? And pursue it together?
Compromise. The guy should always love the girl more and compromise more. Life is not fair. Enough said.
The head can clarify issues for you, rationalize for you and maybe even aid you in making a decision. But at the end of the day, its the heart that makes the call. Sometimes, it just hits you. Out of the blue. Or maybe because of some catalyst. It just hits you that you don't want to be with someone. Or otherwise. Its usually in times of uncertainty though that the heart comes up with sudden decisions. Cos the head just can't do the job. How do you rationalize emotions? You can't. Rationalize and risk leading the rest of your life for the sake of it. Follow yu heart, follow your passion.
And theres always a limit. Find it. Break it. Or live with it and let go.
