Rental Company Bodyguard ??!!??

I have decided to "ban jia" (move house) again. I was checking out this 5 BR place thats a pretty good deal and I emailed the person on the advert. Well, you would think she would be glad for my business, after all, the more potential tenants the merrier right? Well, I am not sure how glad she is, judging from her emails. Considering I am the one whos going to be paying her and contributing to her paycheck and also perhaps to the roof over her head and to her food and her clothes and the very computer she is emailing me from, I think I expect a little courtesy here!

Of course, it also means that she makes a mean bodyguard. Protects one's privacy very well. It would be great to be her tenant.I am starting to wonder though if thats J Lo's secret house in Berkeley I am looking at?

Am I still going to rent from her? FEI HUA! (rubbish! or duh!) Such a good deal also don't want? Yes, I am shamelessly compromising my pride for money.
